What Is The Process Like?
One of the hardest things to do is to create a vision for your life. Most people never get clear on what they want because they don’t take the time to capture their personal values and goals. A good way to think about coaching is that it’s like having a life coach, mentor, or therapist all in one. It’s someone who will walk with you and hold your hand as you learn the changes that are going to be necessary for you to create the life of your dreams.
What does a spiritual life coach do?
While there are three primary ways in which a spiritual life coach can help their clients, the options are truly endless depending on the goals of the individual and their desire to put in the work.
Gain clarity on purpose and passions.
Help clients figure out what they are meant to do with their lives. Give them the space and guidance to get clear about what they want and how they want to show up in the world.
Develop a plan and provide the tools to take action on the plan.
Coach clients through the process of creating an actionable plan for meeting their goals. Use proven coaching tools and intuition to help clients make the universe work for them.
Reveal roadblocks and obstacles.
Encourage clients to step out of their comfort zones and move forward toward the life they want. Help them see what is standing in their way and how to move past obstacles to achieve their goals
What results can my clients achieve while working with me!
The results that my clients can achieve are truly endless and only inhibited by their goals and motivation. Coaches help their clients to realize that everything they want is within their power to achieve
One question I often get asked is "What's a typical process like with spiritual coaching?"
I think most people can relate on some level. The truth is there is no one-size fits all process or packaged program that works for everyone.
