How To Create An Alpha State Of Mind
An alpha state is a middle ground between waking and sleeping; this state provides a bridge between the subconscious mind, allowing for a vivid and lucid imagination. Which, when applied correctly and methodically, can assist significantly with Manifestations.
When this takes place, it anchors your desire to the subconscious mind, which creates a Subconscious Reality.
This article will provide you with a simple Meditation Technique that will help you get into an Alpha State of Mind—allowing you to instantly alter your Subconscious Mind, enabling you to manifest anything you want fast.

Meditation Step 1
Close your eyes and get into a comfortable position; gently roll your eyes up (with the eyelids closed.) as if you are trying to see your Pineal Gland or Third Eye.
Rolling your eyes upwards is an automatic response the body makes when trying to access lost or hidden information in the mind. This causes the production of Alpha Waves in the brain by removing attention from the images of the perceptual moment that may compete with what you are creating.

When you close your eyes and roll them upwards, you will make more alpha waves. As you do this, begin to breathe slowly and deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Tune the awareness to the rhythm of your breath, pay attention to the sensation of air as it enters and leaves your body.
To help you tune into the flow of your breath, try counting to 7 with each “in-breath and exhalations” you’ll find that this helps clear the mind of thought.
Do this breathing technique five to ten times with your eyes still rolled upwards slightly to get into an alpha wave state.
Visualization Step 2
Pick a time from your past when you were delighted; in this state, you should be able to access a memory that relates to this easily.
You are looking for a positive emotion that you can use to connect with a future event, relive this memory in detail and remember how it felt to you at that moment.
Your mind can do this easily because it can connect your memories with an emotional state. So tap into the memory, feelings, emotions, and company you shared the experience with.
Allow yourself to re-experience all of the positive feelings that go with that memory, so take a few moments to feel how happy and positive this time felt for you.
Sensory Rich Image Step 3
Once you are sure you have found those positive feeling states through reliving this experience, begin creating a sensory-rich image that represents what you want to create in your life.
A sensory-rich image relates not only to how something might look but also to a sound, specific colour texture, or even a taste.
Use whatever works best for you when creating this image. See yourself with this thing in the experience of having it now.
Imagine your friends and family talking about how successful you are in that moment, feel yourself in a confident state, and notice what is happening around you.
As you do this, give your visualization as much richness and vividness as possible, fill in all the details exactly as you would like for them to be in your reality.

If you find this difficult, remember the more you practice, the easier it will become. Also, the more specifics you can add to your visualization, the more the subconscious mind will believe it and then act on it.
Once you have completed this process and feel confident in your image and feelings, say to yourself.
“I now allow myself the experience of …….”
And then fill in what you have just visualized. This will affirm the desire you have just programmed into your subconscious mind. This is crucial because if you dwell on it for too long in a state of wanting.
You are essentially telling your subconscious mind that you don’t believe it to be true!
Let go of this process and move on with your day (Set And Forget It); by letting this go, you send a signal that you expect it to happen to your subconscious mind.
Wanting creates a mental doubt that it’s not possible, Affirming it then releasing it creates expectation and faith that it’s already done.
This meditation immediately alters your consciousness. It allows you to take a positive emotion and psychologically connect it in your subconscious mind with a desire that you intend to manifest.
In this way, you anchor that desire to become a subconscious reality, and once it becomes a subconscious reality. your subconscious mind will seek and find ways to make it become a physical reality
